It’s real now. It’s itchy on your neck. Lights Out Paris is ready to meet you face to face. Oh, you have no idea what you’ve gotten yourself into.
We have put together TWO BIG SHOWS in celebration of Doomtree’s newest release Lights Out Paris by Andrew William Sims.
Meet us at the Triple Rock Social Club this Saturday the 25th at five o’clock, and prepare to be there until two a.m. If you’re underage you can hide in the ventilation system (easy access above corner toilet in women’s restroom) until the second show is underway and the staff is officially drunk
We’re real damn excited about this record and this party. Bamf has been trying to decide on an outfit for three days already (we’re editing the footage down into a montage set to “Get Out of My Dreams [Get into My Car]”). Paper Tiger has been spending four hours a day shadow boxing. In order to get in touch with his truest core, P.O.S has been buried alive, not to be dug up until the clock strikes five (and not a second before) on Saturday afternoon. Real damn excited.
Dessa and Tom Servo have been away with Sims for the past several days, doing shows in some of the upper-midwest’s most urbane locales. They’ll all be getting back just in time to set fire to the T-Rock, so welcome them with all the vigor you can muster. In related news, we are currently reviewing our practice of keeping shows and tours a secret. We’re sorry that we hurt you.
In summation:
SATURDAY THE 25TH AT THE TRIPLE ROCK.
