Stef will also be playing an intimate set of music and we’ve got Sara Jean and Jesse from Wellness Minneapolis stopping by as well to perform live group acupuncture on us and talk more about all the things we’ve been doing together. P.O.S, Sims, Paper Tiger, and myself are currently packing up our bags to hit the East Coast this week for the final Great Hits Tour run. POLIÇA unleashed single #2 from their upcoming When We Stay Alive album, along with a super rad laser-lightshow music video courtesy of Isaac Gale. The dynamic duo of Sean Tillmann (aka Har Mar Superstar) and Sabrina Ellis (of A Giant Dog and Sweet Spirit) officially announced their debut album Hot Dish last week. It’s out February 21st on Love Online Records, and you can listen to the great new single “Open Relations” below and pick up the pre-order HERE.

Twin Cities reigning electro-pop heroes Solid Gold are BACK after a long break, and this new song and video for “Towns” is fantastic. The band is gearing up for lots more new music next year and have announced a headlining hometown show at the Turf Club on March 13th. Good to have them back!

Loving this new track from producer Kingdom and relatively unknown singer Nate Huff (who absolutely crushes it on here). Classic R&B with a great modern electronic vibe. Really great. Check out “Mind Off Track” below.

Masego can do no wrong in my eyes, and he continues his hot streak by throwing some guest vocals and saxophone on this new “Flight 99” song by Please Wait, the new project from producers Ta-Ku and Matt McWaters. Awesome song. Excited to hear more from Please Wait.

Loving the new French Montana album. This guy has low-key been dropping phenomenal solo projects over the past few years, even if his guest verses on the bigger pop songs aren’t quite as desirable. Check out “What It Look Like” below.

I got to check out Minnesota songwriter Jessica Manning this past weekend opening up for Chastity Brown at the Parkway, and she blew me away. Just beginning to dig into her previous releases, but this “What If I Run” song is an absolute smash.

Dua Saleh released an excellent new single called “pretty kitten” last week, their first new track since the great Nūr EP at the top of this year. Loving the vibe on this one.

Shouts to Hopkins High School rapper Enzyrose who’s already on a serious come-up. Her freestyle on The Wisemen Show was phenomenal and I’m amped to hear her upcoming Stuck In My Ways project.

Big shouts to The Current’s Jim McGuin for putting me up on this Grísalappalísa band from Reykjavic, Iceland. There are some incredible musical moments in this track below which I cannot type out for the life of me. Highly recommended though.
